    • President Carter’s State Funeral: At MARTA, served as Project Dovetail agency lead, developing a 60-hour bus and rail service plan and functioning as the "on the ground" liaison for the Carter Center, US Military, Secret Service, and Homeland Security.
    • MARTA Rail Shutdown: At MARTA, developed a bus shuttle operations plan for MARTA’s 6-week shutdown of heavy rail service from College Park Station to Airport Station, receiving high marks from customers.
    • 1996 Summer Olympic Games: At MARTA, provided financial analysis and service design support for the team that created the operational framework for the 1996 Summer Olympic Games Spectator Transportation System.
